Therefore, PRAVIO Collective offers a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all purchases. This means you have 14 days from the date of purchase to contact us and request a refund if you are genuinely dissatisfied with the educational value of the guide or have encountered technical issues.

We base our refund decisions on your satisfaction with the content and any technical barriers, not on the non-existent return of a physical item.

Damages and Technical Issues 

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception (download). If you encounter any technical defect, file corruption, or receive the incorrect guide, please contact us immediately at Hellopravio@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue.

Our first action will be to provide you with a working replacement link or corrected file. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue promptly, a full refund will be processed.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of our educational e-books and online courses, they are delivered instantly. By completing your purchase and initiating the download, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We honor our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee instead.

Physical Products: For physical merchandise, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Certain types of items are ineligible for refund, which include:

- Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
- Items purchased as part of a sale or gift card (unless legally required).
- Requests based on a lack of personal outcome (e.g., "I didn't lose weight" or "My hair didn't grow"). As an educational brand, we cannot guarantee individual physical results, only the delivery of the educational content.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped (delivered digitally) into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

However, by completing your purchase and initiating the download of the digital guide, you acknowledge and agree that you waive this right, as the provision of the service (delivery of the digital content) is considered completed with your explicit prior consent. We honor our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee instead.

Review Process and Communication Policy

Submission of a refund request does not constitute an automatic approval or a guaranteed timeline for a reversal of funds. PRAVIO Collective reserves the right to review each request against our satisfaction criteria and technical verification requirements. Please be advised that the absence of a direct response from our support team does not imply an acceptance of the request; it may indicate that the request is currently under review, incomplete, or does not comply with our established policy. While we strive for efficiency, we are not obligated to provide status updates or a guaranteed response for every inquiry. In the event of approval following our internal revision, the refund will be executed automatically to the original payment method

Right of Withdrawal Waiver

By completing your purchase and clicking "Pay Now," you provide your express consent for the immediate delivery of our digital educational content. You acknowledge and agree that once you initiate the download or access the course materials, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal under EU/Spanish law.

Although the legal right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery, PRAVIO Collective stands behind the quality of our research. We offer a voluntary 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we've reviewed your refund request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
