1. Digital Products 

Due to the digital nature of our educational content, all downloadable guides, plans, and e-books are delivered instantly to your device upon checkout.

All sales of digital products are final. Once a purchase is completed and the download link is generated or accessed, the transaction is non-refundable. By finalizing your purchase and initiating the delivery of our digital files, you provide your express prior consent to waive your statutory right of withdrawal and any associated cooling-off periods under applicable local and international consumer laws.

2. Physical Products

For physical merchandise, we offer a standard 14-day return window starting from the date you receive your package.

  • To qualify for a return, items must remain unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in the exact condition they arrived.

  • To initiate a return request, contact our administration at hellopravio@gmail.com.

  • If your physical return is authorized, you are responsible for covering all return shipping fees and arranging secure transport back to our designated facility. Unsolicited packages sent back without pre-authorization will not be processed.

3. Technical Delivery & Rendering Issues

We expect you to inspect your digital order immediately upon delivery. If you experience a corrupted file link, technical download failure, or receive an incorrect file, contact us at hellopravio@gmail.com.

  • Visual & Layout Notice: Depending on your mobile device, operating system, or specific browser settings, digital files (such as PDFs) may occasionally render with broken colors or distorted layouts during a live mobile preview. This is a local device display limitation, not an authentic file defect. For optimal and intended visual authenticity, please open and download the file directly on a desktop PC or through an official dedicated PDF reader app.

Our sole obligation is to supply a functional replacement link or corrected file. In the rare event that a verifiable technical delivery defect cannot be resolved on our end, a digital refund may be considered at our exclusive discretion.

4. Explicit Exclusions

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances for:

  • Purchases exceeding the 14-day threshold.

  • Clearances, promotional sales, bundle discounts, or digital gift cards.

  • Lack of Personal Outcome: We sell scientific data and research-backed educational content. We do not sell guaranteed physical alterations. Requests based on a lack of personal physical outcomes (e.g., changes to weight, physical appearance, or energy levels) are strictly ineligible for refunds.

5. European Union Consumer Rights Notice

If you reside within the European Union, the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital content terminates the absolute moment performance begins. By executing your payment and accessing our immediate download stream, you acknowledge that you knowingly waive your legal cooling-off privileges under EU consumer framework rules.

6. Administration & Review Process

All incoming inquiries are systematically reviewed against our technical logs and terms of sale. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee approval or a set timeframe for a response. Our support infrastructure processes valid claims strictly in the order received. If a physical return or technical exception is approved by our team, the credit will automatically be routed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
